The County of Jefferson, an “Equal Opportunity Employer”, intends to undertake a variety of capital improvement projects over the next three (3) year period. Some of these improvements will be funded partially or totally with State and Federal grant funds, while others may be funded entirely or partially with County funds.

Jefferson County will require the services of an Engineering Consultant to prepare plans, specifications and bid documents and to assist the County with bidding, bid award procedures, contract administration and to provide construction inspection, if appropriate.
